- Your web site should invite users to stay and explore (after all, any other web site is only a mouse-click away).
- Your web site should be attractively designed, with inviting links that are immediately obvious.
- Your design should work not rely on any one browser's features to work.
- Your graphics do need to be attractive, but they must be suitable for delivery across the internet; they can't be so large, and beautiful that they take forever to load.
